Terms of sale

Draft structure, to be completed with the owner’s advisor before sales are activated.

1. Seller

ASD Black Bull Academy, Desenzano del Garda, Italy. Tax details: to be added.

2. Products

Digital content (PDF e-books, streamed video lessons) accessible from the website’s student area after payment.

3. Prices and payment

Prices in euro, VAT included where applicable. Payment via Stripe; the school does not store card details.

4. Delivery and access

Immediate access after payment confirmation, through the student area linked to the purchase email. Downloads and viewing are personal and non-transferable.

5. Right of withdrawal and refunds

For digital content supplied immediately, the 14-day right of withdrawal (EU Consumer Rights Directive) is lost once use begins, with the buyer’s express consent given at purchase. Refund policy for technical problems: to be defined.

6. Invoicing

Receipt or invoice issuing: to be defined with the association’s accountant.

7. Intellectual property

The materials are protected by copyright. Redistribution is forbidden.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction
